Showing of Israelism

We had 103 people, not counting the surprise band that played as we came in. After a slight change of plans, Tarak and Ellen got the movie to play (thanks for all that effort). Mark spoke for a time before the movie, and then at the end. Jeff Cohen also spoke about the new statement entitled "Prominent Jewish Americans Oppose AIPAC." 

In all, we collected $805 (plus one Canadian 20 dollar bill). That's after we paid Tom for the hall rental. We will be sending that amount to UNRWA.

The movie was very powerful, and several members of the audience were moved by it. Mark was great as usual. We had lots of old friends, and many new people. Thanks to Mimi for designing a ceasefire card for people to sign, and an information sheet on how and why to ask the Woodstock Town Board to support a ceasefire resolution.
