Israel continues to bomb civilian tent cities and refuges such as hospitals, and the level of killing has not slowed since the International Court of Justice issued its finding of plausible genocide and demanded that Israel take all measures to prevent it. Israel is blocking humanitarian aid from entering Gaza, and starvation and disease are running rampant.
