Thanks to Tom, Laurie, Donna, Naomi, Paul, Katja, Gail, and Lisa for coming out today for the Kingston Farmers' Market. We got 20 signatures for our petition and passed out over 200 flyers. A number of people thanked us, and nobody voiced any criticism at all. It was a real change from even five years ago.
A few people wanted to try Rhinebeck next. That would be next month, as most thought monthly was better then weekly.
So the next Farmers' Market vigil will be:
Sunday, August 22 in Rhinebeck, from 11 am to noon at the Town Parking lot one block east of the light.
